'SunFlarePanel started with an aspiration to share true Neapolitan pizza with Edinburgh. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our small, family-operated pizza shop began with cherished recipes passed down from ancestors.

The art of pizza crafting was mastered by Marco Bianchi, our founder, during her explorations of Italy, particularly from skilled pizza chefs in Naples, the homeland of pizza. After her return to the UK, her goal became to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, utilizing ancestral techniques and premium ingredients.

Our once modest 12-seat pizza shop has now expanded into a widely celebrated neighborhood staple, yet our dedication to craftsmanship and authenticity remains intact. We continue to bake our pizzas in traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough daily from scratch, and select only the best ingredients available.

Remaining under the ownership of the Bianchi family, 'SunFlarePanel' is now managed by the family's second generation, continuing to lead our fervent team. Although we've incorporated some contemporary improvements, the essence of our business – making delectable, genuine pizzas that gather people – stays unaltered.
